  1. Gentle inner squeeze and lift

  2. Visualise something that helps you

  3. Start in the position that’s easiest to feel the muscle movement

  4. Keep breathing gently

  5. Anchor exercises to something a few times a day

  6. Quick squeeze and lift before a cough or lifting

  7. Don’t overdo it, Let it go

  8. Practice Pelvic Floor exercises, but not on the toilet

  9. Persevere

  10. Chat to your GP or see a Women’s Health Physio
