Hey! Across 2027 and 2028 we’ll both be doing a full-time ministry apprenticeship with Hunter Bible Church.
I (Caleb) have been working as an Architectural technician/designer since 2022. I’ve really enjoyed being in the creative industry and contributing to the built environment in and around Newy. As great as Architecture is though, it’s temporary, constantly changing, and will eventually turn to dust. However, God’s kingdom and our relationship with him has eternal consequence, and he is unchanging in his character and love for his people. I’m stoked to have the opportunity to be trained up, to serve, and to put everything into being as effective as I can be for the Gospel.
I (Darcy) have worked as a physiotherapist in a private practice and loved taking people through injury rehabilitation and problem solving different health diagnoses. However, there is a much bigger need for people to know Jesus, who is our redeemer and Saviour from both broken bodies and a broken world. This is why I am so excited to spend my time meeting up with people and serving at church to make Him known amidst whatever else is going on around us.
For these reasons, we’ve decided to leave our jobs and commit to working for church full-time, being trained up for gospel ministry. Thank you for partnering with us both, we appreciate your prayers and support.
