As we closed out 2024 with thanks to God, we invited one-off gifts of thanks to help cover some works that were outside our original scope.

 
 

What have we done so far?

So far, we’ve invested about $90k to pay for City and GS works that were beyond the original scope.

So altogether so far we’ve invested $89,952 leaving $70,291

 

What is still in the works?

With the remaining $70k we’re planning to invest this all in the Garden Suburb Kitchen upgrade.

This will include;

  • Cool room

  • Combi oven

  • Overhead extractor fan

  • Dishwasher

  • Shelving and Prep area

While some of these works have started (e.g. initial electrical upgrade) we’re still in the process of getting quotes and arranging the best timing for these works, while also making sure we have a healthy operating cashflow.
