An easy 3 week course explaining how Jesus Christ is the way to life for everyone, everywhere

Jesus Christ lived in our world 2000 years ago. Whether you’re from Africa, Asia, America or Australia, he entered your world and showed the Way to Life for everyone.

But believe it or not, Jesus Christ is still alive as a real person, not a ghost! And that means he has the authority to speak about the way to life.

This 3 week course will help you see that Jesus is for you, no matter who you are.  Join AllNations for relaxed teaching sessions with time for open discussion.

8th September: Week 1 — Jesus in the World

15th September: Week 2 — Jesus the Word

22nd September: Week 3 — Jesus the Way

AllNations is part of Unichurch, the church that meets on campus. We love getting together with food, friends and learning more about Jesus from the Bible.

MTS Mission Minded Newcastle will gather people from the Central Coast to the Northern Tablelands to think about how the gospel will shape our futures and prayers.

There’ll be four main sessions with Tim Baldwin (Anchor Church, Coffs Harbour), plus you’ll get assigned a mentor to talk through your future plans, and you’ll get time in a peer group with people in a similar stage of thinking and life.

There’ll be time to reflect, and we’ll have some great meals together, meeting people from all over NSW.

Come along for a full day of gaming, hanging out and a bit of friendly competition! Bring your PC setup if you’ve got one — there’ll be plenty of power and desk space, and you don’t need a high-end rig to get involved. Or jump on one of the consoles provided throughout the day, with Switch, Xbox, PS4, Wii and potentially some retro consoles ready to go. There’ll be loads of games to discover, plus a range of board and card games if that’s more your thing. It’s a day to bring your mates, play something you love and try something new.

And of course, we’ll keep you fuelled while you play, with an all-day snack bar, coffee and soft drinks available. Lunch and dinner will also be available as optional extras. Throughout the day there’ll be a mix of casual gaming and organised comps and tournaments, with prizes up for grabs — so whether you’re here to compete or just have a good time, there’s plenty to get stuck into.

Ready for a night of good games, good food, and good company? Board Games Night is launching! Come along, bring your friends, and enjoy a relaxed night of fun for everyone. Whether you’re a serious strategist, a casual player, or just keen to hang out, there’s a seat at the table for you.

Bring your favourite game, introduce your friends to it, or come along and discover something new. Everyone’s welcome, so grab your friends and join us. This isn’t just a one-off — our plan is to host a Board Games Night each month!

We love the work of Compassion because they understand that everyone's most dire need is to know Jesus. Each year, we celebrate Compassion Sunday right across our church family at different times. This week at church, we’ll celebrate Compassion Sunday together.

Why not take this opportunity to look into who Compassion is, and spend some time praying about how you might be able to partner with them to release kids from poverty in Jesus' name?
