Maybe it’s been a while since you’ve been to church, maybe you’ve never been before, maybe you have questions about Jesus - this will be the perfect week to come and check things out.
There’s no expectation, just an opportunity to see what happens at church and meet a few people. There’s a full kids program from babies to year 5, and we’ll have some food together afterwards too.

An easy 3 week course explaining how Jesus Christ is the way to life for everyone, everywhere
Jesus Christ lived in our world 2000 years ago. Whether you’re from Africa, Asia, America or Australia, he entered your world and showed the Way to Life for everyone.
But believe it or not, Jesus Christ is still alive as a real person, not a ghost! And that means he has the authority to speak about the way to life.
This 3 week course will help you see that Jesus is for you, no matter who you are. Join AllNations for relaxed teaching sessions with time for open discussion.

24th February: Week 2 — Jesus the Word

The gospel of Jesus is the best possible news for our world. But don't you wish you were better at talking about it? Most of us are convinced sharing our hope in Jesus is a good thing and we want to do it more, but we just find it hard to get started. Salt + Light aims to transform the idea of sharing Jesus with others from “I can’t do this” into something that is not only possible but joyful.
Our God is so BIG, so strong & so mighty!
Join us as we worship him!
Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. - Luke 18:16
Come along for an arvo of prayer and praise! Kids, bring your parents along as we sing lots of songs from church and kids church, meet some friendly characters and pray to our heavenly father.
Kids of all ages welcome!

We’re planning another unmissable weekend. Come forge new friendships, strengthen existing relationships and deepen your love of God.
Check out our FAQ’s and last year’s timetable below to get an idea of what you’ll get up to!
-
It’s best to leave your phone at home - you will need to leave it in your bag during most of the camp and won’t be allowed to use it during sessions, seminars, or games.
Bring a Paper Bible and a Pen!
Cabins are for RESTING and SLEEPING - not hanging out, unless a leader gives you permission otherwise.
-
We know finances are tight for many this year. If the cost is going to be a barrier to your youth coming along please shoot us an email at youth@hunterbiblechurch.org
-
You can let us know about any special requirements in the relevant section of the rego form.
-
We’d love for you to come to as much of the weekend as possible but we understand this may not be possible for everyone. Reach out to us at youth@hunterbiblechurch.org to chat about your options.
-
Going away for a whole weekend with lots of people you don’t know can be scary. If your youth is feeling extra anxious, reach out to us at youth@hunterbiblechurch.org. We’d love to chat about some ways we can support you and your youth to ease some of those anxieties.
-
We’re expecting over 100 youth to come along to camp this year which is SO exciting but it does mean that logistically it’s too big a task for us to arrange lifts for every youth. If you can’t drive your youth to or from camp we recommend chatting with some other parents to see if they are able to give them a lift. If you’re really struggling to find someone, reach out to us at youth@hunterbiblechurch.org. We’ll work to put you in touch with someone that may be able to help.
