Discover the hope we have in jesus this easter

Have you ever wondered why Christians celebrate the brutal death of Jesus on a day called 'Good' Friday? We believe that it is because his death (and resurrection!) brings hope to this world.

Come and join us as we celebrate Easter with baptisms, hot cross buns, chocolate eggs, and hear why Easter is a wonderful time of hope!

Good Friday Baptisms

We love baptism! Baptism is a wonderful opportunity to express your faith in Christ and celebrate the new life he has given you through his death and resurrection. It's also a wonderful time for our church family to be reminded that Jesus changes lives.

We’ll be holding baptisms on the morning of Good Friday at Lambton High School. If you're interested in being baptised, let us know and someone will get in touch.

What to expect

Will there be parking? What time should I arrive? What should I wear? It’s hard to know what to expect when you’re visiting somewhere for the first time. We’ve got you covered.

The simple answer is that we’re all about Jesus here at Hunter Bible Church. The Jesus revealed to us in the pages of God’s written Word; the Bible.
